You'll generate leads and pipeline for Pico's enterprise sales across EMEA, AMRS APAC. You'll identify opportunities in banks, hedge funds, and trading firms, working with Senior Sales Leaders and Marketing. This role offers structured path to Junior Sales Executive and exposure to global capital markets technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and generate meetings
• Update and maintain accurate information in Salesforce
• Schedule meetings for Sales Team and assist early-stage deals

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales or BDR experience
• Previous experience selling into financial services or enterprise IT
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
• Prior experience with CRM/marketing platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
