You will run a local Carvana hub, overseeing operations, logistics, and team engagement. Your role involves managing the employee and customer experience, assessing business trends, and proactively solving problems. You'll lead a team of Customer Advocates, focusing on their development and success.

Responsibilities

• Be a continuous positive force and create strong morale and spirit throughout the team
• Help interview, select, onboard and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Actively develop team by providing feedback, conducting performance check-ins, and setting goals
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using creative methods
• Generate and monitor regular reports and present to upper management
