You'll lead a portfolio of customer engagements at Cprime, driving high customer satisfaction and commercial growth. You'll manage hybrid teams globally and own P&L for your accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex customer engagements
• Own P&L and forecast team costs and project revenues
• Build compelling proposals and support sales growth
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed delivery team

📋 Requirements

• Stakeholder management at executive and senior level
• Customer accountability and successful delivery track record
• People leadership experience managing consultants
• Commercial acumen to identify follow-on work

• Experience with Cprime offerings (Learning, Agility, Tooling)
• Ability to co-facilitate workshops and events
