Description

You will own critical member-facing product areas and drive strategy, development, and launch of features that help members shop for care more effectively. You'll lead complex initiatives to improve how members search for care, understand costs, and make informed healthcare decisions, partnering with engineering, design, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on search engines or data analytics platforms
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis
• Deep understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology
• Experience in fast-paced growth-stage startup environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing experiences that help find high-quality, cost-effective care
• Define and own product roadmaps aligned with company goals and member needs
• Drive discovery for capabilities improving healthcare shopping, transparency, and personalization
• Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform product decisions and measure success
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and designers to ship product improvements
