💼 About This Role

You'll lead account strategies to secure rapid patient access for apitegromab in SMA at a biotech startup during its first launch. You'll shape payer relationships and coverage approaches to deliver value to patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead account planning and engagement with assigned payers.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers at key customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure patient access objectives.
• Represent Scholar Rock at access-related meetings and congresses.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years in US Market Access.
• Experience with national and regional payers (Commercial, Medicaid, Government).
• Track record of achieving coverage for medical benefit or rare disease products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with VA/DoD/Tricare and Humana.
• Pre-launch experience at a small biotech company.
• Experience negotiating agreements with large healthcare systems.
