• Lead and inspire a large engineering organization to deliver critical financial solutions
• Define and co-create multi-year technical strategy for financial products
• Establish technical standards for security, data privacy, and architecture
• Coach, mentor, and develop other engineering leaders
• Cultivate a strong hiring strategy to attract senior talent

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience managing engineering teams and developing other leaders
• Strong background in software engineering with high-scale distributed systems
• Experience navigating financial products or regulated environments
• Proven track record of owning and delivering long-term strategic technical roadmaps

• Direct experience in Fintech
• Experience with AWS services
• Knowledge in Docker, modern CI/CD tools
