You'll lead the team building the ML platform powering Socure's identity verification systems. You'll own the roadmap for model lifecycle tooling, ensuring fast, reliable model deployment at massive scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own the AI/ML platform roadmap
• Lead design of end-to-end ML lifecycle systems
• Partner with Data Science to enable fast experimentation
• Implement governance and compliance for ML processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong background in ML infrastructure or distributed systems
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional platform initiatives

• Experience with ML lifecycle tooling (Spark, Kubeflow, MLflow)
• Familiarity with model governance and compliance frameworks
• Background in fintech or identity verification
