You'll review merchant applications and ensure compliance with Central Bank and MASAK criteria. You'll ensure the completion of new merchant processes and send business contracts. • Reviewing merchant applications and related documents
• Checking compliance with Central Bank, MASAK, and iyzico criteria
• Following new merchant procedures from application phase
• Sending business contracts to new merchants

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor or associate degree in economic or administrative sciences
• Experience in Onboarding or Customer Relations teams
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours
