You'll own payor relationships and contract negotiations for our family-first care platform, shaping the partnership strategy across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans. Your work will directly enable families to get paid for caregiving at scale. This role offers C-level collaboration and the chance to build the payor infrastructure from scratch.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with Medicaid MCOs, Medicare Advantage, and commercial health plans
  • Lead contract negotiations for new market entries and rate increases
  • Define and execute the company's payor roadmap
  • Build payor infrastructure including reporting dashboards and analytics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience setting health plan strategy from plan or operator side
  • Track record of negotiating and closing contracts with payors
  • Fluency in PMPM, FFS, value-based care, and quality frameworks
  • Ability to work across clinical, finance, product, and legal teams

  • Understanding of home-based care regulatory environment
  • Experience with outcomes-based program design
  • Consulting background in health plan strategy
