You'll lead designs for agentic workflows, reduce coupling across integrations, and codify patterns for safe, scalable self-service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical strategy and architecture for the team
• Lead design and rollout of agentic account update workflows
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Operations, and partner teams
• Ensure operational readiness through monitoring and incident playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in backend systems at scale (Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
• Experience delivering major features or system components end-to-end
