💼 About This Role

You'll drive agentic AI strategy and design foundational integration blocks for a proactive AI-enabled application. You'll lead the architectural design of autonomous agents for incident triage and investigation, and develop reusable integration patterns for cross-app connectivity. This role combines agentic AI architecture with data science leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks for autonomous collaboration
• Develop standardized API and Webhook gateways for third-party app integration
• Implement real-time speech-to-text and NLU pipelines for live comms ingestion
• Establish governance protocols with human-in-the-loop and audit logs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solution architecture or data science leadership
• Expertise in multi-agent frameworks like AutoGen, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
• Strong experience with API design (REST, WebSockets, Event-Driven)
• Hands-on with LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipeline optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time transcription services (STT/NLU)
• Familiarity with Kubeflow and BentoML for model deployment
• Background in cybersecurity or incident response systems
