💼 About This Role

You'll join Korro Bio's HTS-NGS operations team to support RNA editing platform development. You'll design and execute high-throughput cell-based assays for oligonucleotide therapeutics and perform amplicon-seq library preparation. This lab-based role offers the chance to contribute to next-generation genetic medicines in a fast-paced biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute high-throughput cell-based assays for oligonucleotide projects
• Perform amplicon-seq library preparation and quality control
• Troubleshoot HTS assays, library preparation, and sequencing workflows
• Analyze and present HTS-NGS data in team settings

📋 Requirements

• MS with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years in molecular biology or related field
• 1+ years hands-on experience with high-throughput assays and automated workflows
• Experience with cell culture techniques including plating and transfection in 96/384-well formats
• Experience with NGS assays: amplicon-seq and RNA-seq, including library preparation and QC

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with liquid handling systems (Viaflo96/384, HiRes/Certus Flex, Tempest)
• Hands-on experience with Illumina MiSeq i100, Qubit, Tape Station, and Fragment Analyzer
• Experience with LIMS (Benchling) and project management tools (Jira/Confluence)
