💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-impact Revenue Operations team, architecting how we set quotas and carve out territories for a fast-growing incident response platform. You’ll own quota and territory design, model headcount and capacity, and drive the annual planning cycle to 2x-3x growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own quota and incentive design across the GTM org
• Lead territory planning by geography, segment, or industry
• Act as service desk for planning, comp disputes, and rep questions
• Partner with Finance on capacity and headcount modeling

📋 Requirements

• Experience in RevOps or FP&A focused on quotas and commissions
• Power user of Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
• Builder's mindset to create structure from scratch
• Comfortable with GTM tech (Gong, Salesforce, Qobra)
