💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expansions. You'll own account strategies, coach the team on consultative selling, and engage with executive-level customers to maximize ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own revenue targets and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across accounts.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies with Sales and Customer Success.
• Lead pricing, expansion, and renewal conversations with customers.
• Coach Account Managers on consultative selling and pipeline management.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong experience handling renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience with QBRs and executive engagement.
