You'll lead the Checkout team responsible for Airbnb's end-to-end booking flow, including pricing presentation and payment processing. Your team's work directly impacts conversion and trust, operating at the critical intersection of guest intent and completed transaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Payments, Trust, Pricing, and other teams to deliver fast, reliable systems that scale globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and roadmap for the Checkout engineering team
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-14 full-stack engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on product strategy
• Ensure high technical quality from design through production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• 8+ years of software development experience in fast-paced tech
• Experience leading teams operating large-scale production systems
• Track record of growing engineers through promotion
