You'll provide technical product support to Crumbl franchise locations, troubleshooting software and coordinating hardware installation via support tickets. Your work ensures franchisees get fast, accurate resolutions, enabling them to focus on making the best cookies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to support tickets and phone calls from franchise locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Document issues and escalate complex cases as needed
• Contribute to knowledge base articles

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General interest in technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Experience in customer service or tech support
