You'll provide home care visits to clients in the Westchester area as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team. Your work enables clients to receive medical care at home, improving their quality of life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping
• Perform bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Conduct range of motion exercises and transfers
• Take vital sign checks and assist with medication

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work related experience
• Must be certified as Home Health Aide in New York
• Meet all state requirements including a criminal background check
