  • Manage and resolve customer queries via multiple channels
  • Keep waiting times minimal and achieve first-time resolution
  • Use active listening to assess and resolve issues
  • Escalate complex issues and keep parties informed
  • Maintain accurate customer records in systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service in a call centre
  • Fluent French and English (spoken & written)
  • 30+ wpm typing speed with high accuracy
  • Proficient in G-Suite and digital services
