💼 About This Role

You'll lead the scaling of manufacturing and field operations for a company reimagining housing construction. As a senior executive, you'll own factory launches, supply chain, and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to build scalable operations in a technology-forward manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the launch and ramp of next factory from first article to full production capacity
• Drive factory P&L including throughput, labor efficiency, quality, and cost per unit
• Build management infrastructure and playbook for scaling to multiple facilities
• Own materials procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing or industrial environment
• At least one large-scale facility launch or ramp
• Experience in technology-enabled environments integrating software and physical operations
• Demonstrated team scaling and operational infrastructure building

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in high-velocity advanced manufacturing or logistics
• Experience with Lean, TWI, or Six Sigma in a startup context
• Navigated first-facility to second-facility scaling transition
