You'll lead People Experience initiatives and automate workflows for a globally distributed team at Oyster. You'll help build and refine programs that scale across 60+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver People Experience initiatives.
• Automate and improve People workflows throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead Hibob optimization and subsequent change management.
• Act as escalation point for complex global employee queries.

📋 Requirements

• Senior People Operations or People Experience role experience.
• Proven capability to mentor and support others in People Ops.
• Experience as HiBob Admin with focus on optimization and automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

• Exposure to global HR principles and practices.
• Confidence in hosting global All Hands events.
• Experience with AI integration for people operations.
