💼 About This Role

You'll join Ramp's AML Team to execute sanctions and PEP reviews, and support AI and automation initiatives for the AML program. You'll help maintain a strong financial crimes compliance program and build scalable processes as part of a fast-paced fintech environment. Your work will directly shape how companies move money.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review sanctions and PEP screening alerts, escalating true matches
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers and entities
• Assist in optimizing AML systems and tooling
• Support responses to bank partner requests and audits

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance operational teams
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, EDD, KYC/KYB and financial crimes compliance
• Ability to handle multiple and fast-changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Sanctions operations in 1LOD or 2LOD
• ACAMS accreditation or equivalent
• Experience in high-growth fintech start-ups
