You'll support the full employee lifecycle and coordinate day-to-day HR activities for a supportive team. You'll be the go-to for onboarding, offboarding, and HR queries, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records in HR systems (Connx & UKG)
- Manage People & Safety inbox and first-level queries
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in HR support or coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to HR systems (UKG experience a bonus)
