You'll be the go-to for onboarding, offboarding, and HR queries, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems (Connx & UKG)
  • Manage People & Safety inbox and first-level queries

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in HR support or coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exposure to HR systems (UKG experience a bonus)
