💼 About This Role

You'll originate and manage commercial loan relationships for Elevations Credit Union across the Colorado Front Range. You'll have the autonomy to build your book of business with uncapped commission tied directly to your production. This role focuses on commercial real estate, C&I, and construction loans, supported by a collaborative team and streamlined processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate new commercial loan relationships through proactive business development.
• Serve as primary contact for members from initial conversation through closing.
• Structure and present commercial real estate, C&I, and construction loan deals.
• Build and maintain external partnerships and referral networks to generate deal flow.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial lending experience with demonstrated success in originating deals.
• Proven track record of business development and loan production in a bank or credit union.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending, C&I lines, and construction loans.
• Ability to structure deals, analyze financial statements, and understand credit risk.

✨ Nice to Have

• Established network within the Colorado commercial lending market (Fort Collins to Denver corridor).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
