💼 About This Role

You'll shape Airwallex's global risk management approach, leveraging data analytics to uncover anomalies and drive risk control enhancements. You'll lead proactive risk assessments and manage complex cross-functional projects in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Find anomalies not detected by existing alerts through large-scale data analysis and enhance risk controls
• Lead proactive risk assessments to identify control gaps and drive closure plans
• Manage and deliver complex cross-functional risk projects with key stakeholders
• Develop strategies to uplift operational efficiency using AI and automation

📋 Requirements

• Strong risk domain knowledge (e.g., fraud, credit, financial crime, operational risk)
• Adequate product knowledge in payments, issuing, or lending
• Strong data analytics skills with SQL, Python, Databricks, or BI tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, operations strategy, or management consulting
• Proficient in data analysis on large datasets; experience in modeling or machine learning
