💼 About This Role

You'll own the architecture of Agiloft's cloud-native CLM platform on AWS, shaping scalability, reliability, and security. You'll drive strategic technical roadmaps and enable modern DevOps and AI-assisted engineering practices. This hands-on leadership role offers broad influence across engineering teams and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture for critical cloud service domains on AWS
• Define service boundaries, APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns
• Lead cloud architecture improvements and technical roadmaps
• Champion infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability practices

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, 2+ at staff level
• Strong proficiency in Python and working experience in Java
• Deep experience building scalable enterprise-grade apps on AWS
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
