💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic planning and operational readiness of the Olympic and Paralympic Villages for the LA28 Games, reporting to the Head of Village Management. Your core impact is ensuring seamless integration of all Village services with Games-wide operations, overseeing cross-functional collaboration and compliance with IOC/IPC standards. You'll shape foundational processes for a multidisciplinary team covering planning, communication, readiness, and training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic planning and coordination of Olympic and Paralympic Village operations.
• Manage tracking systems (Smartsheet, Microsoft tools) for progress and risks.
• Oversee Games Readiness activities including simulations and operational testing.
• Direct the Transition to Paralympic Games and Handover planning.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior operational role for large-scale events.
• Proven track record in planning complex service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong team building and leadership skills.

• Experience with IOC/IPC requirements.
• Experience with Venue Use Agreements.
