• Contribute to Faculty's AI safety research agenda.
• Conduct red-teaming and evaluations in high-risk domains.
• Publish findings and engage with stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of high-impact AI research with top-tier publications.
• Experience in applied AI safety from labs or academia.
• Deep domain knowledge of language models and generative AI architectures.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience in red-teaming or evaluation roles.
• Familiarity with HuggingFace ecosystem.
• Knowledge of robustness, explainability, or uncertainty estimation.
