💼 About This Role

You'll conduct social media investigations, background checks, and medical canvasses for insurance fraud cases. Your work will provide critical insights that guide field investigators and help clients make informed decisions. You'll also retrieve public records and use OSINT techniques to support case development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct medical canvasses, background checks, and skip tracing assignments.
• Perform social media research, public record searches, and OSINT investigations.
• Analyze and document findings in clear, actionable reports.
• Monitor and track social media activity for client updates.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work independently from a secure home-based location.
• Experience in insurance-related investigations, particularly Workers' Compensation fraud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear presentation of findings.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and OSINT techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or Investigative Journalism.
• Experience in phone canvassing for medical records.
• Skip tracing or locating individuals through investigative methods.
