Description

You will lead disaster recovery and capacity planning strategies for Anaplan's platform, ensuring business continuity and optimal resource management. You'll work with Engineering and Service Management to develop frameworks, conduct exercises, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Strong background in IT operations, capacity and disaster recovery management
• Technical experience with recovery solutions and high availability architectures
• Experience with capacity management planning and tooling
• Experience mentoring engineers in technical roles
• Experience operating public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Drive disaster recovery and capacity planning strategy across Cloud and Data Center environments
• Establish and maintain DR execution plans and procedures
• Lead scheduling and conducting of DR exercises
• Manage DR communications and command control plans
• Mentor and manage team members for skill development
