You'll join Carvana as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician in our high-tech Inspection Center, repairing dents on steel and aluminum panels. Your work will directly impact vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Access panels and perform paintless dent repair
• Use glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels
• Repair smaller-sized dents to factory specifications

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age

• Experience with aluminum panel repair
• ASE certification
• Prior work in high-volume production environment
