🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, monitor, and communicate company-wide KPIs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct deep analyses on user behavior, operational metrics, and product performance.
• Design and maintain scalable data models and self-serve dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in product analytics or business intelligence.
• Expert-level SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Experience with data modeling and transformation tools such as DBT.
• Proficient with modern BI and visualization tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
