💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Customer Success Manager in APAC, owning the full customer lifecycle for Shopify brands. You'll onboard new customers and drive net revenue retention through renewals and upsells. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape the APAC customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard all new APAC customers
• Build relationships with larger clients through multiple touch points
• Provide CS at scale to Mid-Market customers using technology
• Manage renewals and upsells with Account Management team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 proficiency)
• Experience working with a non-APAC headquartered company remotely
• Experience owning largest clients or full geographical area

• Confidence in discussing ROI of software
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
