💼 About This Role

You'll own and elevate Ramp's end-to-end web experience, from marketing pages to interactive storytelling, while building a scalable design system. You'll shape how Ramp shows up on the web, partnering with engineering and growth to ship high-quality experiences. This role combines craft-driven design with system thinking using LLMs like Claude for rapid ideation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own web design end to end: marketing pages, landing pages, product marketing surfaces, and interactive experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable web design system with layout patterns, component libraries, and motion language.
• Lead web redesigns from concept through production, partnering directly with engineering and growth.
• Use LLMs like Claude to explore layouts, generate variations, and prototype before Figma.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of web design experience with at least one full site overhaul or design system build owned as an IC
• Active use of LLMs (Claude, Cursor, etc.) and Figma or Paper
• A portfolio showing range: web systems, brand, landing pages, interactive storytelling
• Experience working directly with front-end engineers, not just handing off specs
