You'll own ad creation and A/B testing for the growth team at M32 AI, a startup within a corporate. Your work will drive measurable ROAS across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This remote role offers high autonomy and fast-track leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and A/B test ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
• Execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Partner with design teams to produce polished assets.
• Optimize budgets based on creative performance data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with proven ROAS.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Portfolio of performance-tested ad assets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications.
• Experience with video editing in Premiere/After Effects.
• Knowledge of short-form video trends and UGC-style ads.
