Description

In this senior commercial leadership role, you will lead Category Strategy and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for Win In Skin brands in the US. You will shape enterprise-wide category, portfolio, and pricing strategies to drive profitable growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion advanced analytics to improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 15+ years progressive experience in consumer goods sales, brand or retail
  • At least 5 years leading Category Strategy and/or RGM functions
  • Background in commercial management, brand marketing, digital marketing, or sales
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics, financial modeling, and trade optimization tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Win in Skin Category Growth Team and build out Category Management capability
  • Develop and implement product, channel, and category strategy for US Win in Skin with 1-3 year roadmap
  • Lead category strategy for Skin Enhancement areas (UV, Safe Color, Sunless) uniting Kao brands
  • Design and execute enterprise-wide pricing, pack architecture, and trade investment strategies
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure incremental growth and champion advanced analytics
