You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts for the Workato Agentic Orchestration Platform, ensuring rapid adoption and value realization. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, driving retention and expansion through strategic relationships with senior executives. This role offers the opportunity to shape Customer Success practices at a high-growth cloud leader trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive adoption and value realization.
- Develop strategic relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
- Create Joint Success Plans and deliver Executive Business Reviews.
- Serve as primary escalation point and champion customer needs internally.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in customer success, consulting, or account management.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $200k+ ARR.
- Proven track record of increasing adoption and retention.
- Strong communication skills to engage C-level executives.
