You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, Design, and Research at Roboflow. You'll partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and build high-quality pipelines through sourcing and creative outreach.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview loops
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking
• Develop structured assessment and evidence-based candidate evaluation
• Improve recruiting systems, processes, and tooling

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent in startup or tech environment
• Experience hiring software engineers or similarly technical roles
• Strong sourcing instincts and track record of building pipelines
• Ability to evaluate technical candidates beyond keyword matching

• Experience in AI or developer-tool companies
• Familiarity with machine learning roles
