💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the architectural vision across Togetherwork's product ecosystem, designing scalable, secure, and future-ready application frameworks. You'll lead the evolution of modern, API-first, cloud-native systems while embedding AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into core product experiences. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-level and low-level design for new systems and major enhancements
• Architect RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with scalability and security
• Define scalable frontend architecture patterns for React-based applications
• Design application architectures that support AI/ML integration

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in architecture roles
• Strong expertise in API-first and service-oriented architectures
• Strong expertise in backend systems (PHP preferred)
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to microservices, event-driven architecture, and message queues
• Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems and component libraries
