• Define and drive partner experience standards across assisted and digital journeys.

• Own partner performance visibility including SLAs and escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in car rental, contact centre, or partnership relations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insight into action.
• Cross-functional collaboration confidence.
• Structured, outcome-focused problem-solving approach.
