💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the event pipeline that ships conversion data to ad platforms and CRMs. You'll ship new destinations end to end and push match rates higher. This role offers ownership of a critical growth surface at a fast-paced fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale the event pipeline for ad platforms and CRMs
• Ship new destinations end to end including auth and schema mapping
• Push match rates higher through better identity resolution
• Deepen observability for conversion attribution

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
• Experience building high-throughput backend systems and event pipelines
• Ability to ship fast, reliable software with high attention to detail
• Experience with event pipelines and high-volume systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup experience or experience as a technical founder
• Shipped a CAPI or conversion API integration (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiar with CRM APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
