💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for SMB beauty and wellness accounts, prospecting, demoing, and closing on the Fresha platform. Your work directly fuels our aggressive North American expansion, and you'll be one of the first hires shaping our inside sales function.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB accounts
  • Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos connecting Fresha to business pain points
  • Qualify high-value opportunities and hand off to senior BDMs

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR with quota track record
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology to SMBs
  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle
  • Clean, disciplined CRM habit and pipeline management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Passion for beauty and wellness industry
  • Experience with marketplace platforms or booking software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
