Description
You will be the face of Starlink, triaging and resolving customer issues across multiple channels, analyzing trends, and designing support interventions to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years experience in front-line customer support
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.)
- Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer within SpaceX
- Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
- Surface product, process, and training issues using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root-cause issues
