You'll assist in managing a Backcountry store in Boulder, CO, handling openings/closings and cash transactions. You'll ensure excellent customer service and maintain inventory accuracy. This part-time role offers a chance to grow with a leading outdoor retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in opening and closing the store
• Manage cash transactions and daily reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills with POS system experience
