• Lead, mentor, and grow an organization of managers and engineers.
• Set organizational goals and develop roadmap with the team.
• Oversee software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Java, AWS, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Python, Typescript, React.
