💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day accounting operations through accounts payable and receivable tasks. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely financial processing. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and handle process-driven tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with accounts payable processing, including invoice entry and payment tracking
• Support accounts receivable tasks, including applying payments and basic reconciliation
• Help maintain organized financial records and digital documentation
• Support monthly close activities through data entry and checklist-based tasks

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2-3 years of experience in full A/R and A/P cycle
• QuickBooks and Bill.com experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
