💼 About This Role

You'll own the Bluetooth Low Energy stack for a sleep fitness product, designing and implementing the BLE layer that connects devices to the ecosystem. Your work will directly impact member experience and enable secure OTA updates at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain BLE connectivity across the Pod ecosystem
• Optimize radio-on time and connection parameters for low power
• Ensure interoperability across iOS/Android devices and OS versions
• Design and harden secure OTA firmware update pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years embedded software engineering, 3+ years shipping production BLE firmware
• Deep knowledge of Bluetooth stack (GAP, GATT, SMP, L2CAP)
• Hands-on experience with Nordic BLE stack and SDK
• Fluency in C/C++ on resource-constrained microcontrollers

✨ Nice to Have

• Track record shipping secure OTA DFU on constrained devices
• Bluetooth SIG qualification and regulatory certification experience
• Expertise in embedded security practices
