🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-performance backend services using Node.js and Python
• Build low-latency, high-availability systems for conversational AI workflows
• Architect scalable microservices and contribute to system design decisions
• Develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and streaming tools (Kafka)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
