You'll design and operate world-class workplace services for a high-performance aerospace engineering organization. Your work will directly impact productivity and morale, scaling systems for a fast-growing startup. This role owns food service, transportation, and on-site operations at our El Segundo headquarters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale food service, shuttles, and office operations
• Manage vendor relationships for cost and reliability
• Track KPIs like cost per meal and employee satisfaction
• Support event setup and ensure safety and organization

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 10+ years in multi-outlet operation facility
• Food Managers Certification and food safety knowledge
• Experience leading a group of 20+ team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Advanced knowledge of kitchen equipment
