Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap for payroll and tax pods, balancing customer-facing and platform concerns, and work through the complete product development lifecycle to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record building large-scale software products
• Experience in Fintech, Healthcare, or HR Tech with regulatory environments
• Strong intuition for customer needs, risk management, and commercialization
• Ability to operate independently and articulate reasoning to stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations)

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap for one or more payroll and tax pods
• Scope and prioritize new initiatives with research-backed case development
• Work through complete product development lifecycle to successful delivery
• Balance product (customer-facing) and platform (internal-facing) concerns
• Remove obstacles and develop team camaraderie for maximum high-quality output
