Description
You will support the finance organization by managing order-to-cash workflows, updating financial trackers with vendor invoice information, uploading media vendor invoices into Prisma, and resolving AP discrepancies with internal teams. This part-time role requires 10-15 hours per week.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in finance or accounting within media buying industry
- Experience handling digital and traditional advertising IOs
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
- Proficient in Media Ocean's Prisma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Update internal financial trackers with vendor invoice information
- Upload media vendor invoices into Prisma across all media channels
- Communicate and resolve AP discrepancies with internal teams
